Tooth & Coin, formerly Dentist Metrics, was founded in August of 2013 by Jonathan VanHorn. A natural with numbers, he considered becoming a math professor before ultimately deciding to continue the tradition of small business ownership that began with his grandparents. In just a few short years, Tooth & Coin has gone from a one-man consulting company to a niche CPA firm with 10 employees and 150 clients.
